Time Line Therapy
Each experience of life is coded and stored deep within our system as memories. Your "Time Line" is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. In 1985, Dr. Tad James developed this understanding of how we store memories and emotions into a simple but effective therapeutic process.
