Supportive, warm, intuitive“Sessions with Zofia are true magic, which allows you to stand closer to yourself in greater openness and sensitivity. It may be a little scary at first… but Zofia, with her empathy and presence, will give you courage when needed and support when needed. The words she says during the session are always those words! And her sensitivity and wisdom lead you exactly where you need to go.” “Thank you with all my heart for accompanying me on my path to myself, wonderful Woman of Power.” — Agnieszka K. “My 7-week-old baby developed colic and would cry for hours every evening. I was recommended cranial sacral therapy. I had never heard of it before. I found Zofia online & got him in the next day. After just one session, there was a huge difference in him. I had 3 sessions, and he started sleeping longer at night. The colic eased off, and he just seemed so much more comfortable. Zofia is a miracle worker & I am forever grateful.” — Cathy Smyth |
Why I do What I do
Since I can remember, I’ve been interested in spirituality, connecting with our true nature, and personal development and had deep compassion for human suffering. I followed my curiosity by exploring energy healing modalities, spiritual and meditative practices and bodywork for over a decade when I came across Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST). I was working as a healthcare assistant with a lot of emotional and physical strain and persistent lower back pain.
Cranio Sacral Therapy was like gentle magic that allowed me to release not only physical pain but also start to lift layers of emotional trauma I didn’t know I had. Regular treatment led to a deep emotional and spiritual transformation and inspired me to become a CST practitioner myself.
I’ve been working one-to-one with adults, babies and children and as a tutor at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London since 2020 and now also growing my practice in Bristol.
Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle, yet profound modality that can help to restore health and wellbeing in many circumstances. It doesn’t just focus on symptoms but restores the natural balance of the whole system on many levels, allowing regulation of the nervous system, release of tensions and the processing of traumatic experiences.
My passion for deepening my understanding of trauma led me to the exploration of prenatal psychology in my own healing process. I learned how to release prenatal imprints and birth trauma in babies and children.
I’m a qualified Integrative Baby Therapy (IBT) practitioner.
Integrative Baby Therapy recognises the memories (implicit body memory rather than explicit or cognitive memory) of challenging times during the development in the womb and through the birth process, that we carry.
Those ‘Imprints’ on human psyche and body, of early experiences, shape our responses to challenges, especially in times of transition. They lay the foundations of our health and wellbeing. Babies are naturally unrestricted in their expression and their baby body language, voice and expressions are used in IBT sessions to recognise the story of their womb life and birth, to be heard with empathy and integrate difficult experiences.
IBT can support babies with unexplained crying/colic, problems with sleeping and feeding issues or repetitive and distressing behaviour.
It also supports the whole family to drop into deeper connection and understanding of the baby.
