Olu JegedeI describe myself as both a bodyworker and an energy worker, and I find it deeply rewarding to support people in moving from discomfort or imbalance towards greater health and wellbeing through holistic therapies.
My training began at the London School of Traditional Massage with Simon Gall, where I qualified as a Thai massage practitioner. My curiosity and passion for holistic healing then led me to further training, and I later qualified in Swedish massage, Thai foot massage and reflexology, Reiki and Sekhem healing, and Systematic Kinesiology. I consider myself a lifelong student and continually refine my skills to make treatments as effective as possible. I often integrate helpful elements from different therapies, tailoring each session to the individual needs of the client. I am also a yoga practitioner and teacher, and my personal practice informs and enriches my therapeutic work. I value the profound benefits this brings to both body and mind. When I am not working at Bristol Natural Health Service, I offer energy healing, yoga, and qigong online, and participate in festivals and holistic fairs around the country |
